Bridge work permit has nothing to do with the employer and provincial nomination.
The only restriction is that the Employment restrictions on the nomination letter should be NO.
Even though bridge work permit is open work permit, the holder still cannot change their job at any time.
Especially for immigrants who have obtained provincial nomination through employer sponsorship, they still need to continue to work for the same employers for certain periods.
